About Jessica

Jessica Avila is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who works with high-functioning women navigating identity shifts, relational strain, and life-stage transitions.

Her clients are often the ones others depend on, thoughtful, capable, emotionally aware, but carrying more than they realize. Jessica’s work focuses on helping clients understand the roles they learned to play, how those patterns show up in relationships, and how to make decisions from a more grounded and self-defined place.

Her approach integrates identity development, relational dynamics, and the impact of family roles, cultural expectations, and systemic power and oppression. Sessions are reflective, practical, and depth-oriented, supporting clients in building clarity, boundaries, and a steadier internal sense of self.

This is therapy rooted in sovereignty, not pathology.
