Practice Information
Session Investment
Individual Psychotherapy
$225 per 60-minute session
Sessions are reserved specifically for you and held at a consistent scheduled time.
Payment is due at the time of service. All major credit cards, as well as HSA/FSA cards, are accepted.
Therapy here is a reflective and ongoing process rather than occasional support. Most clients attend consistently so we have the opportunity to deepen understanding, explore patterns as they emerge, and support meaningful growth over time.
Insurance
Rt 3:21 Wellness operates primarily as a private-pay practice.
If you are hoping to use insurance, I work with a limited number of plans through a separate platform. Clients using insurance schedule directly through that portal rather than through this website.
If you would like to check your eligibility or schedule using insurance, you may do so here:
All inquiries submitted through this website are for self-pay services.
Out-of-Network Reimbursement
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement for therapy services.
Following each session, I can provide a superbill (receipt) that you may submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Reimbursement rates and eligibility are determined by your insurance provider. I encourage you to contact your insurance company directly to verify your out-of-network mental health benefits and reimbursement process.
Please note that I do not communicate with insurance companies or submit claims on your behalf.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of therapy services.
This estimate outlines the anticipated fees for sessions if you are not using insurance. You may request a written Good Faith Estimate before beginning services, and one will be provided to you prior to your first appointment.
